I was wondering if anyone has tried to not announce PIPELINING
capabilities and dumping the connection if the peer PIPELINEs anyway
(similar to the earlytalker plugin)?
I am asking because I note that a lot of spammers PIPELINE - I get
5xx error codes in the logs followed by 4xx codes on the same
transaction; this has always confused me until I realised it must be
due to PIPELINING (and maybe we should modify qpsmtpd's behaviour to
be more consistent in terms of what it returns, so as to issue 5xx's
for the rest of the transaction if a DENY has been returned).
