logging concurrent connection count

	When I was previously using 0.26 with tcpserver, the log files 
showed me the concurrent connection count with every 
connection/disconnection. (i.e. "status 3/30") With my jump to 0.32 and 
using forkserver with no tcpserver, that information is absent.

	Does anyone have a plugin that accomplishes this, that they would 
like to share?

	If not, does anyone have a suggestion as to the best way to 
accomplish this, and where to grab what information to make it possible?

	What kind of message can we expect to see in the log file (if 
any), when the connection limit is reached?
