My problem with this (or an earlier version of the plugin or chained smtp "plugin" for qmail) was that mail was getting dropped due to memory issues, especially email with attachments. Or maybe that was outgoing email... At any rate, I put off signing email until I could get the memory issues resolved. That and users were a little ticked realizing their email was going into a black hole...
