I just downloaded the 03x branch, and implemented the config as I was using
on 0.32. Some things won't work:
I have all of that working except the smtp greetings plugin. I do
however use qpsmtpd 0.32 patched with my original patch which alters
SMTP.pm and TcpServer.pm to use die instead of exit, so that may be
why it is working for me.
The problem you describe with clients not disconnection suggests to me
that the SMTP and TcpServer subclasses does not enforce correct die
behaviour. I am however very busy this week so I cannot look into it
before this weekend (and that may even be promising allot since I am
really low on time right now). I will however find time to look into
it, in august.
