Hi, I'm a perl newbie working in a win32 shop and have been porting qpsmtpd over to run in activestate perl. It's been slow and I'm making steady progress.
activestate has all of the packages needed. The code isn't changing much so far. I'm not a good programmer, so the changes are going to be hacks. Please consider making Qpsmtpd more platform independent. I suggest using some kind of perl-based logger to address the lack of a decent logger on win32. I used logger::simple. The code changes were very minor for this. The most hacking I've done so far is very minor so it's not too much effort.
