qpsmtpd and mail recipients

Hello

Would it be possible to change the recipient of an email if a spam or 
virus is found to send to an virus@ or spam@ account, I thought about 
modifying the headers in spamassassin plugin but this ignored the 
original headers.

Would be great if anyone has any suggestions?
