I've seen at least one plugin doing something like that while I was googling qpsmtpd pre-installation; so it shouldn't be too hard for you to find it. Remember, http://www.searchmash.com/ (Google in guise) is your friend. Personally I'm considering firewalling some spamsources for a short period of time, or at least rate-limit them (using iptables).
