You're using svn rev 671, 672 or 673? If yes: use 674 or set the plugin
directory in the 'plugin_dirs' config file (see

Good idea, but no, I already at HEAD (674). Perhaps that code doesn't
work correctly when running under Apache? But it does give me a place
to start throwing warn()'s into...
