Uh, OMG! Hmmm, that's gotta be uribl... That's highly atypical in the general case, but yeah, it seems typical for this message... The 30.00 second it seems to be reporting regardless of the the time it actually took. Hmmm, good catch, it seems to have something to do with the uribl plugin... 874 lookups seems rather a lot, is it a known problem with uribl that it can run for a long time when performing that many lookups? There are many URIs in the message, but only three domains, www.debian.org, packages.debian.org and security.debian.org.
