I'm sick of people like you breaking SMTP. I operate mail servers
for 12 years and i've been on the "wrong side" of mail filtering
more than once and without me doing wrong. I've seen mail returned
for RDNS failure (when the DNS was working) and other obscure
reasons.

As a former technician at an ISP i also know that getting RDNS can
sometimes be in fact a problem, especially on newly assigned network
blocks. Due to this i already had to operate a mail server on a host
without RDNS. While a valid RDNS is preferred there is nothing wrong
with that. Missing RDNS is at best a very weak indication of spam.
If you really want to take this into account, use it as part of a
scoring system (e.g. spamassassin) but not as a sole reason.

People like you make email less reliable day after day. If you do
not want to receive mail, just shut down your MTA.

Regards
Michael
