Sounds WONDERFUL and the per-user option is eminently sensible. Will have a go with its implementation. Having said that I have before got myself confused by SME Server's qpsmtpd 'require resolvable...' mechanism. There is functionality of this flavour already resident or in use. My understanding of this is that it checks whether the quoted/embedded/source email address can be reached or not. This already works very well though I'm not sure if I've explained it properly or not... told you I'd previously got myself confused;~/ It's called <require_resolvable_fromhost>. > Can SME server use apt repositories?...<snip> > ...<snip> Otherwise you can download and install the > rpms manually. I believe it can but I, personally, haven't used any such mechanisms. SME Server 7.x also uses 'YUM' methodology too. If Charlie Brady comes by then he would certainly know either way. ----best wishes, Robert
