[QScintilla] snapshot build error

When trying to build the python bindings in the latest qsci snapshot 
(1603251547), I get the following error:

    Generating the C++ source for the Qsci module...
    Error: Unable to create the C++ code.
    sys:1: ResourceWarning: unclosed file <_io.BufferedWriter name=4>
    ERROR: python-qscintilla installation failed
Any ideas?
