I think it would be just insane to create a separate toolchain class for all these targets. I'd rather added one custom
ToolChain subclass, and changed it's settings from GUI of BuildStep. On the other hand, "checked" and
"free" will naturally map to configurations, like "Debug" and "Release".
ie you mean that it is better to display the WDK tool chains on a general page "Tool
Chains", along with everyone? ie not to divide?
