Visual Assist has this nice feature for Visual Studio called:
Underline Spelling Errors

There is a bug report for QtCreator (Spell checking in comment
blocks #1861
<https://bugreports.qt-project.org/browse/QTCREATORBUG-1861>), on which
I've commented today.
I though it would be a good idea to bring this to the
mailing list, to gather a wider audience.
