Sounds good. I don't think that we really need the two weeks between the real freeze and the beta this time due to the "freezish" period before, but then, given that 2.6 has a couple of rather big changes in the core I doubt having some room for stress testing would hurt. I took the liberty to adapt http://qt-project.org/wiki/Releases to the new plan.
