Is easy and works, but...
I think it is not good, to borrow a tool from there and another
from there and so on.
Or I have a wrong understanding from the snapshot (the steps to the release).

Don't know why it isn't there, bt you can use the one from QtC 2.5.2. Just point the snapshot QtC to jom.exe in 2.5.2 (or whichever) that has jom.
