Go the the Tools/Options... menu. Select "Text Editor" then "Font & Colors". In the "Color Scheme" list, near the bottom, there are the three entries "Comment", "Doxygen Comment" and "Doxygen Tag". The second one is the one you are looking for. This is for Qt Creator 2.6.2.
