It’s already wednesday now :) I’ll create the 3.1 branch this evening ~ 21:00 MEZ. That means that today you still can submit your changes on gerrit to the master branch, even if they are supposed to be in 3.1. After branching tonight, you’ll need to re-push your existing changes for refs/for/3.1, to get them into 3.1. Changes that you haven’t pushed to gerrit yet (e.g. changes you do today), and which you think might not be reviewed today, you might want to hold back till tomorrow and push for refs/for/3.1 in the first place.
