I don't think there is any and it might go beyond this list's interest, and you may get into real trouble. I would go for installing a VMWare machine, it's a lot easier.
OTOH a simple Google gives this: http://stackoverflow.com/questions/4769968/c-cross-compiler-from-windows-to-linux but my guess is that you will need a sysroot image and whatnot, just like cross compiling for ARM.
