Qt Creator 4.2 will be built with MSVC2015 on Windows.

Mainly reduction of packages to test, and some things that we need to do to 
ship a 32bit cdb debugging bridge with it (so it still is possible to debug 
32bit user applications).
Nothing really serious, but there weren’t many requests either.
