I cannot reproduce this. Auto-detection works fine here, and the resulting toolchain can be used to build e.g. Qt Creator itself. Note that if you already had MSVC 2019 installed, you should trigger the "Re-detect" action in the toolchain options (it might be necessary to adapt the kits afterwards).
