The Fossil plugin is currently not part of the main Qt Creator repo and therefore not distributed by some of the distribution channels. In case self-building is an option for you, the code is available at https://code.qt.io/cgit/qt-creator/plugin-fossil-scm.git Having said that, I think it would make sense to move the Fossil plugin (and the Haskell plugin for that matter) to the main repo to avoid this kind of inconvenience for the future.
