First, one ettiquette note:

PLEASE, when you write a NEW message that is not a reply to another message, 
DON'T use the reply button. Even if you delete everything, and change the 
subject, is NOT the same as sending a new message (the email program adds 
some headers), and this screws up the threading.

If you want the Simulator, and all the tools for Symbian and Maemo, you need 
to install the Nokia Qt SDK. Qt Creator is only the IDE, and it's the central 
part, but it doesn't contain all the tools.

The Nokia Qt SDK. Note that the tools for Symbian are somewhat limited on 
non-windows systems.
