Screwing with the path isn't going to solve anything. It just makes the same problems as with installing in system32. Installing in the .exe path is the only sane solution on Windows, although you can use Qt's libinfix configure parameter to make your own build of Qt have a distinct name if you really must put it in system32 or the path.
