Yes. And the second holy grail is: Usability. Under discussion is what "most" 
is supposed to mean in "most of the screen real estate" :) . One could argue 
that, if you hide the sidebar (the one with the project tree/ open documents 
etc) you already have most of your screen real estate dedicated to the source 
code.
