No, there isn't. Source code is in
src\plugins\projectexplorer\foldernavigationwidget.cpp . You'd need to
add a filter menu/action (see e.g.
ProjectTreeWidgetFactory::createWidget() how this is done for the
Projects pane). Looking forward to your merge request :)
