Another bugs which makes even the Version from 23.02 unsuable is that the VCINCLUDE, lib, etc dirs are set wrongly to C:\Program Files (x86)\Microsoft Visual Studio 9.0Include C:\Program Files (x86)\Microsoft Visual Studio 9.0Lib etc. where it should be C:\Program Files (x86)\Microsoft Visual Studio 10.0\VC\Include etc.
In the Toolchains Dialog I have choosen "Microsoft Visual C++ Compiler 10.0 (x86)" I will revert to the build ftp://ftp.qt.nokia.com/qtcreator/snapshots/2011-02-20/ and hope this will be fixed.
