It sounds like I didn't make my problem clear I want to build my own project using Creator. I have a .pro-File that works correctly when compiled using the command line
When building the same project In creator, I have the options to use "Shadow build" and specify a build directory. However, I want creator to simply use the DESTDIR variable already specified in the .pro file.
