So, I was curious and checked. Distcleaned and rebuilt with Qt 4.7.4: Everything ok.
Distcleaned and rebuild with Qt 4.8.0: Bug. Still not for me to decide whether it is a genuine Qt 4.8 bug, or a qt-creator bug, which only manifests in 4.8. G.
