Hi
I have a plugin ("tasklist"), which adds a sidebar widget.
Another plugin ("tracplugin") depends on "tasklist", and provides an
alternative backend. Also, I would like to have the "tasklist" sidebar show
a special widget at the bottom of the sidebar, if the "tracplugin" backend
is used.
Can I somehow contribute / overlay the sidebar? Or should I add the overlay
widget to the "tasklist" plugin and display it if an alternative backend is
used? I am unsure about how to programmatically display/hide a widget in the
right place, all I have done so far is a static UI design.
What would be the best way to do this?
