I think the problem is when I use the same network directory on windows and 
linux simultanously. Meaning that I used the svn commandline client in the 
directory when I am on my Linux machine and the windows version of svn in the 
same directory on the same workingcopy when I am on windows.
So things got quite mixed up.
I think I am better off haven two separate working copies, one for Windows and 
one for Linux.

Using a workingcopy that was checked out from svn using the windows svn client, 
I had success with using qtcreator to do a commit on windows then.

So I consider this thread as resolved.
