Ok, that helps on the 1st try, but the dialog's directory doesn't change on 
subsequent tries.
Furthermore this solution isn't too intuitive, I would expect the function in 
the project-explorers context menu.
Another useful addition to the context menu of a project would be an 'Activate' 
function (the same as changing 'Startup' in the 'Projects' view).
