I figured out what the problem was.  It seems there is something wrong with
the Slik SVN client.
I installed the SVN client from Tigris.org (Setup-Subversion-1.6.4.msi) and
it works fine.  By the way, I'm using Windows Vista.

Of course, I also set the folder in the Qt options to point to the right SVN
client (
[Tool] - [Options] - [Version Control] - [Subversion] - Subversion Command)
