I have a subdirs project (UnitTests) which builds several standard sub
projects. If I try to set one of the sub-project binaries as the
startup application ("UnitTests (MyTest)"), QtCreator cannot find the
binary and cannot run it from the IDE:

"Starting ...
Failed to start program. Path or permissions wrong?"

How can the IDE fail to find the very binary it just built?! This is
maddening and a deal-breaker for me as I have many such projects.

If I load the the sub project as a stand-alone project, all is well
and it launches fine. I tried cleaning the project, deleting the .user
files - nothing helps.
