No, that is not the case.
Whiout shif pressed, all the buttons behave like Home, End, PgUp, arrow,
etc.
But when shift is pressed, on linux the upper character of the button is
interpreted.
It seems to be consistent overall in linux. But I think shift+End and
ship+NumKeypadEnd should be the same.
