It seems that when shadow builds are enabled the variables in the project files are not updated accordingly.
For instance if I have my pro file in '.' and shadow builds in './Debug' and './Release' then INCLUDEPATH gets a '../' prepended but the same does not happen for LIBS or POST_TARGETDEPS or DESTDIR.
