Apologies to all for starting a file renaming Jihad!

Qt Creator as an editor is definitely a joy.  As elegant as Qt.

I can't argue with Danny's case for reducing those five laborious steps 
however, I think maybe arguing "against" the need for basic file management in 
an IDE is a tad over the top.  But I understand limited resources and 
priorities.

I do admire Andre's dedication to focusing on the hard stuff first... I'm 
grateful to be able to benefit from their excellent work.  Many thanks.
