I've had this problem too and related issues like mouse-navigation taking me
to the wrong file if I have two projects loaded with duplicate functions
(eg. main() or some virtual function implementation) and the Open Documents
list getting very confused.

I assume it's down to the way Creator expects each project to be in a
seperate 'session'. It's difficult to consistently reproduce however. I'm
hoping Nokia will address this when they start working on improvements to
the IDE aspects of Creator.
