Hmm i think i understand your reasons. But why configure scripts, by default, don't do a shadow build instead of replacing existing Qt? I don't have, and i don't plan to, install VS 2008, this means i'm stuck, if i want to do Designer or Qt-Creator plug-ins... The solution is recompile Qt-Creator with MingW, but then if i redistribute the files, they wont work to other MingW Qt SDK users...
