Yes, it's created from within the Qt Version selection dialog. When using gdb 7.0.1 the library itself will not be used, but it still has to be present in the file system, otherwise Creator will nag about it. This was fixed recently, so with current builds the library will not be needed at all when using gdb 7.0.1 (and later).
