Hi Robert, Does the directory names make difference? I have Qt SDK in C:\Qt\2010.04\... and projects in F:\Programming\Qt\...
I am starting to thinnk that the problem is with qmake not qt. Maybe I have to find a way to use CMake with Qt creator or debug somehow the qmake/mingw process (that's what get hangs) and Yes I have tried the new release too.
