But, the qtcreator.pro does not have any QTCore4.dll to compile.
Yesterday, somebody says me at the Forum that QTcreator does not need 
QTCore4.dll ????????

The more amazing thing is that nobody can give me the solution.

It sounds like you copied the wrong Qt dll's.  Use the ones you built
QtCreator with.
