I don't think there is more to clean then. The qtjambi.exe is very 
light-weight.

What happens if you start the launcher manually using either:

java -cp 
qtjambi-4.4.0_01.jar;qtjambi-examples-4.4.0_01.jar;qtjambi-win32-msvc2005-4.4.0_01.jar
 
com.trolltech.launcher.Launcher

or alternativly using the binaries in the /bin folder directly:

java -cp qtjambi-4.4.0_01.jar;qtjambi-examples-4.4.0_01.jar 
-Djava.library.path=%cd%\bin com.trolltech.launcher.Launcher
