it is posible to add this feature to qt jambi?

because in my installation (ubuntu linux 32 bits utf-8, spanish), I have some
troubles with the Ui_ files because the date is generated using iso-8859-1
instead of UTF-8 and this is making crashes with maven (for some reason, maven
dislike these files). especially when the files are generated on wednesday
(Miércoles in spanish).

this is a example of a broken date

Created: mi sep 2 12:24:39 2009

instead of

Created: mié sep 2 12:24:39 2009

thanks for the help.
