Installing chrpath got rid of the warnings.  For my first problem I
think it may be related to my QT 4.6 build. I get the same error when
trying to run qtcreator. So it's probably unrelated to qtjambi.
I will definitely post my jar files when I have a successful build.(have
to think positive :) )
