The main problem is that the eclipse plugin is not  open source. Is not 
possible to use the plugin with the new qt jambi 4.6. Right now I'm trying to 
recreate the plugin but I don't have enough time for the work. if you want to 
use qt jambi 4.6 with eclipse I suggest you to use the qt jambi maven plugin 
with the m2eclipse plugin and use the designer outside of eclipse.
