Hello Samira, Why do you mix Qt 4.6.2 and Qt-Jambi 4.5.2? This is probably not going to work.
Please follow the description given here: http://qt.gitorious.org/qt-jambi/pages/BuildingFromGit (most likely the two last sections will apply to your case).
