Try to use 4.6.3.2 and plugin 4.6.3.1.

It has been created using ugly hack, because I have used qtjambi-4.6.3.jar from win32 for _all_ platforms.
But it was the only way to solve it this time.

TODO: Please fix -util dependency until 4.7 will come in all builds.

When including qtjambi-4.6.3 from the maven repo an exception is thrown:

Which is, I believe, because qtjambi-util is not included on the classpath of the jar in the maven repo. Can someone confirm this and if so can the person in charge fix it? :)
