Well, no and yes... It will depend quite a lot on what you guys would like
us to focus on. Also, it's quite a bit dependent on how many of you is
willing to contribute to the project.

Due to the fact that QtJambi has experienced a rising interest, we are now
looking towards getting in closer touch with Nokia. I think the key to the
future of QtJambi much lies in the hand of Nokia, even though they abandoned
QtJambi as a product. It seems that we cannot get the right momentum on this
project without some support from it's mother. We're not that grown up quite
yet. Most of all we need a more steady work force that is willing to put
some bacon on the line. We're quite done with laying eggs.

However, we're keeping up with the functionality as is in there now, but
we're struggling to put in new stuff like Qt
Quick/animations/kinetic/gestures.

The reason we haven't yet flagged 4.7 as final is that we have some issues
that we would like to solve first. Those are

   - Solve some known issues leading to crashes
   - Solve various issues with the generator
   - Manage to get the community version of QtJambi into the Ubuntu package
   repos (for a start).

However, that beta-2 which is out there should be stable enough to at least
test with.

Helge Fredriksen
