Grreeat... but I would prefer getting a reply here since this is the
feedback list. Who will keep checking the bug link? I don't want to fill
another form to sign up elesewhere.
Anyway from what someone (on cc) commented on that bug,
*> The other two should work, if you're running on Symbian. *
It should? But it is NOT working on Nokia 5800 and Nokia 5230. Will order
fresh new 5800 to try this today.
Please also let me know what I am doing wrong.
QStringList availableManagers = QContactManager::availableManagers();
and
QContactManager *manager = new QContactManager("symbian");
are supposed to work on symbian as you say, but they don't on Nokia 5800. I
am using same syntax.
My question is how can I get it to work or am I doing something wrong (which
actually works on N8 and simulator on windows XP, Ubuntu)?
Thanks,
--Picachu, who would appreciate a helpful response and doesn't want to write
more emails regarding this :-(
--Picachu, who is planning to drop S60 5th edition from compatibility list
of his app by tomorrow evening :-)
